We have had the pleasure of having her since she was a baby, and starting her plus doing all the training on her. Jewel has been a lot of fun all the way through. She stands 15hhs, she is sturdy, well built, and versatile. She has been there and done a little bit of everything, from trail riding, ponying colts, pushing cattle, and checking fence. This mare is GENTLE, willing and so much fun to ride. Jewel is well trained in the arena, she does everything with a willing mind. She has good turnarounds, moves off your legs, and a good stop. Jewel has a nice walk, trot, and knows both her leads. Not only is she well trained in the arena, she has had a lot of outside riding as well. We have taken her on lots of trail rides and all types of trails. Whether it be creek crossing, logs, bridges, slippery banks, step hills, she handles it with easy.
