Location: Adams County Regional Park 9755 Henderson Road, Brighton, CO 80621
Consignments taken on Horses, Mules, Crossbreds & Ponies. Horse-Drawn Farm Equipment, Wagons, Carriages, Carts, and usable Harness, Collars, and Saddles. We will once again accept tack, collectibles, and farm related antiques. If the items you are consigning are in question, please call ahead.
Consignment Fee on horses is $30 per head. No consignment fee on equipment.
Consignment will not be official on horses until form and fees are complete and in our possession.
You can consign horses, mules, and ponies by using one of the forms on the right.
A Negative Coggins Test & Current Health Paper Must Accompany Each Animal.
BRAND STATE ANIMALS MUST HAVE BRAND INSPECTION IN SELLERS NAME.
Saddle Horses sell on Friday April 11, 2025 and they MUST be checked in Thursday.
Draft Horses, Mules, Crossbreds and Ponies sell Saturday April 12, 2025.
If selling registered, all papers must be in sellers name and signed transfer. Otherwise, animal will be sold as grade. We will no longer pass on papers that are not up to date.
Please consign early as we can do a much better job for you if we receive your consignments ahead of time and get them advertised. Pictures are encouraged. Short YouTube video is always helpful.

Registration & Bidding: Two forms of ID is required (driver’s license and a credit card) to obtain a buyer number prior to the auction. The highest bidder is the buyer. If any dispute arises between two bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute is reserved by the auctioneer. Seller reserves the right to waive the sale (bids) of his/her horse before it leaves the auction ring. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The auctioneer completes sale of a horse at the fall of the gavel.
Live Internet Bidding: Live internet bidding is provided by www.DVAuction.com. In order to bid live you will need to log on to their website, click on Create New Account. Payment: Payment in full must be made to the cashier immediately after the auction in US currency by Cash, Credit Card, or Check. A 3.5% convenience fee will be charged if payments are made with a credit card. Returned checks will be charged $50.00, no exceptions. NSF horse payment checks classifies as a felony and will be turned over to the District Attorney for immediate prosecution. Buyer agrees not to stop payment on check for any reason and NOT to reverse charges from using a credit card.
AGREEMENT: Buyer agrees to our Terms and Conditions and that all the information furnished to Josh White Auctions is true and correct. Buyer agrees to be responsible for any purchase made or actions taken by an agent authorized by buyer to act on buyer’s behalf.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY: By placing a bid in this auction, buyer is indicating he/she has examined or researched a horse to his/her satisfaction. Prior to bidding, buyers may ask seller for additional information, arrange with seller to have a veterinarian perform an examination, or hire an agent or equine professional to inspect and evaluate the horse. Soundness does not guarantee pass of inspection by any vet following the sale. Buyer agrees to hold Josh White Auctions harmless from any claims arising out of any such inaccuracies or omissions.
