WE ARE ACCEPTING CONSIGNMENTS NOW ON HORSES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THIS AUCTION


HORSES:
We are looking for horses with credible, honest consignors. Consignments consist of Draft Horses, Teams, Ranch, Trail & Performance Horses, Crossbreds, Ponies & Mules. All horses must be pre-consigned and will not be considered complete until form is submitted and consignment fees are paid. Fill out the consignment form and click submit. You will then be directed to the next screen where pictures and video can be uploaded and consignment fees paid. All horses must come with a coggins test and a current health inspection from your vet. If selling your horse registered, we need the original registration paper and a signed transfer from the owner listed on the registration paper.

Consignment fee: $75.00
No Sale Fee: $200.00
Stall fees: $25.00 per night

Shavings are supplied at The Ranch and are $10.00 per bag. A minimum of 2 bags is mandatory if putting shavings in a stall. NO OUTSIDE BEDDING/SHAVINGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BARN! Stall Fees and Shavings will be deducted from your proceeds.

Saddle Horses Sell Friday, April 17th at 4:00 PM
All Friday Saddle horses must be checked in Thursday!

All Drafts, Teams, Crossbreds, Ponies & Mules Sell Saturday, April 18th at 9:00 AM

EQUIPMENT:
We are also accepting consignments on Wagons, Carriages, Harness, Saddles, Tack and Small Horse-Related Antiques & Collectibles. No consignment form is required on these items.
WE WILL BE SELECTIVE ON THESE ITEMS SO IF YOUR ITEMS ARE QUESTIONABLE, PLEASE CALL US FIRST. We want good, usable harness and tack.

Registration & Bidding:
You must have ID to obtain a buyer number at the auction. The highest bidder is the buyer. If any dispute arises between two bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute is reserved by the auctioneer. Seller reserves the right to waive the sale (bids) of his/her horse before it leaves the auction ring. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The auctioneer completes sale of a horse at the fall of the gavel.

Live Internet Bidding:
Live internet bidding will be provided through CCI.live. More information on our online bidding page. A $250.00 service charge will be charged for all online purchases.

Phone or Proxy Bid:
Contact the office to set up a phone or proxy bid. Your credit card will be charged $100.00 for this service and a credit card will be held on file. One of our auction staff will call you during the previous horse selling to establish connection with you before the horse you are interested in enters the ring. Your card will not be charged for the purchase until we call you and establish how you would like to handle payment.

PAYMENT:
Payment shall be made directly to Josh White Auctions Inc. after purchase. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or a credit card with a 3 1/2% convenience fee. If a bank letter of credit has been submitted a wire can be approved.

AGREEMENT:
Buyer agrees to our Terms and Conditions and that all the information furnished to Josh White Auctions is true and correct. Buyer agrees to be responsible for any purchase made or actions taken by an agent authorized by buyer to act on buyer's behalf.

HORSE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY:
By placing a bid in this auction, buyer is indicating he/she has examined or researched a horse to his/her satisfaction. Prior to bidding, buyers may ask seller for additional information, arrange with seller to have a veterinarian perform an examination, or hire an agent or equine professional to inspect and evaluate the horse. Soundness does not guarantee pass of inspection by any vet following the sale. Buyer agrees to hold Josh White Auctions harmless from any claims arising out of any such inaccuracies or omissions.
